How can I purchase a ticket?

Select the Event you are interested in and then select the type of ticket you would like to purchase

Can I use Paypal to purchase ticket/s?

Yes payments by Paypal are accepted.

Can I use a credit or debit card to purchase tickets?

Yes all major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.(all payments are processed by Paypal.)

How will receive my tickets?

Tickets are sent as a PDF attachment with order confirmation emails by default, but we also have mobile tickets.

What do I do when I receive my tickets that I have Purchased?

Option 1: Print out the ticket/s and present at the gate of the event to be scanned & Validated.
Option 2: Save ticket/s onto your mobile device and present at the gate of the event to scanned & validated.
IMPORTANT: All tickets are being validated at the gate. If a duplicated ticket is presented no admittance will be granted to either ticket!!!

What happens if I don’t receive my ticket?

You can contact us at sales@ticketboxcy.com and a customer care representative will assist you with your transaction.

What happens if I change my mind or I can not attend an event that I have purchased a ticket?

Depending on the Event Organizers refund policy TicketboxCy will offer refunds accordingly.
